Our Service Costs

Upfront and fair

You deserve to know the costs before you call.

Please review our fees before booking a plumber.

We charge a minimum of one (1) hour labour on all jobs.

Labour includes travel to and from site.

Sites outside of a 30-kilometre radius of our base (301 Invermay Road, Invermay) incur a travel surcharge of $1 per kilometre.

Material, compliance documentation, fees associated, and equipment hire costs apply where required.

Please note for Drain Machine requests, our Safe Work Procedure which aligns to Australian Standards AS/NZS 4233:1 & 2 for a Class B drain cleaning machine requiring two-person operation. Both Tradesman and Assistant labour rate per hour apply. (additional charges apply for drain machine, camera and locator when used)

Prices quoted are *inclusive of GST:

Tradesman Labour Rate = $137.00* per hour
Speciality Tradesman Labour Rate incl. GAS, TMV and BACKFLOW = $148.00* per hour
Assistant Labour Rate = $99.00* per hour
Priority Service (subject to availability) = $193.00* per hour

Emergency Call Out:

After Hours and Weekends = $220.00* per hour minimum two hours
Public Holidays = $220.00* per hour minimum four hours
Where assisted labour is required for jobs afterhours and on
public holidays such as unblocking drains then an additional $126.50 per hour
rate applies.
