What a revelation! The plumber that attended was a young man who was courteous, spoke well, arrived on time as arranged, wasn’t on his mobile unless it related to my job, and overcame a succession of obstacles and hurdles along the way. He had all the gear needed to do the job, not having to leave to pick up parts he had forgotten. He sought information and advice when stumped and was skilled in what he did, especially his electronic fault finding. He even ran to and from the job when needing tools in the van. He is a credit to your business.

I would also like to thank you for your knowledge and expertise. Please convey my appreciation to the plumber, in future Grant Chugg Plumbing will be my first port of call if plumbing services are needed.

GCP supplied and installed a new roofwindow in our house recently. The whole process was seamless and professional, from quoting, booking in the job, getting it done and tidying up during and after the job was completed. We requested Grant Chugg Plumbing come out and provide us with a quote for a total bathroom renovation. Martin arrived shortly after and was extremely helpful and provided fabulous advice on what was most practical and efficient. The quote arrived soon after which we accepted. The job was scheduled and on the nominated day at 8am a fleet of vans arrived and the builder/project manager Scott introduced himself. We did a quick run-through what was planned and then left them while we took a break away. Scott sent us a steady stream of progress photos and any questions we had were answered fully and promptly. We called in after a week or so when Ty the tiler and his offsider were just finishing up. It all looked fabulous and Ty explained, in great detail, what he had done and why. A couple of days later we returned when it was almost finished and Scott was putting in the finishing touches. The place was clean and tidy and all rubbish was taken away. Liam the plumber, also very personable, arrived as well just to tidy up a few things. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and can’t compliment the team highly enough. A completely professional and painless (for us) renovation. Mr Chugg, my advice would be to give Scott a raise - best project manager we have ever come across!

From the first phone call to the completion of the huge job the team were very professional and helpful. I had a few plumbers around over several days and one plumber “Nathan” who went out of his way to complete the job and explain what was happening.
