I would like to commend the service given by Grant Chugg Gas Division.

After requesting several gasfitters to help fit a compliant LP gas installation to my yacht and being told they were not interested – or failed to return my call – I was pleased when Grant Chugg Gas Division rang me back after some 30 minutes, sounded enthusiastic about what I realise is a small but tricky job, emailed me copies of the relevant regulations and made available some tubing which I could run through the difficult areas.

We arranged a mutually convenient time to meet at Beauty Point marina where he arrived as agreed and did an excellent job under difficult circumstances.

…I’d also like to take the opportunity to express my appreciation for my new bathroom.
From my first conversation with the plumber unblocking my drain to the eventual renovated bathroom I couldn’t have asked for better information, advice or service. I was happy for a basic bathroom and anything would have been an improvement on the old one but the end result has transformed my house.
The workers were very impressive whose showed every concern for my needs whilst ensuring a very presentable and professional job on completion.

We were certainly very happy with the whole process from start to finish. From the working out the best design for our needs to the on site work was professional and considerate. The tradesmen were all polite and respectful and were here when they said they would be. Any concerns we had were all taken on board and any issues were resolved promptly. We were also really pleased with the way the men cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. The end result was fantastic. We are really happy with the finished job.
