Grant Chugg Plumbing Pty Ltd was established in 2004, after operating as a family trust for 12 years prior to that time.

The business initially operated purely as a plumbing and roofing business and after being incorporated, rapidly built up numbers of sub contractors, plumbers and apprentices, which laid the foundations for continuing expansion.

After a few years of great business growth, Grant Chugg Plumbing decided it was time to expand into solar power and in 2010 became local Tasmanian dealers for solar powered hot water systems.

The Smart Living Centre Solar Launceston has two dedicated administration staff and one full time sales representative who can provide expert information about solar, its trends, rebates on offer and installation services, ensuring customers will always have a reliable and efficient service when installing a new solar hot water system.
